What Will All The Neighbors Think?

from What Will All The Neighbors Think? by Jasmine Kyle

/

about

The neighbors will talk and I know we are not supposed to care but WE DO! This song is special to me because I outed my self as a child of abuse and no one from where I live knew. The other meaning is what people say when a family is going through scandal.

lyrics

T’was a perfect fall from grace
All they can count now are mistakes
I knew things were wrong when the grass turned brown
And at night the lights were all left out

I had assumed you knew
You didn’t see?
Well you’re the last to view there ruined.

You can hear the whispers from down the street
A moving truck came and filled quickly
Piled high with all their beautiful things
And all are whispering, bankruptcy

I had assumed you knew,
You didn’t see?
Well you’re the last to view there ruined.

And what will all the neighbors think?
They were a nice family
Better you than me
Who’ll be next do you think?

I had assumed you knew
You didn’t see?
Well you’re the last to view there ruined.

I assumed you knew
I assumed you knew
I assumed you knew
There RUINED
And what will all the neighbors think...
What will all the neighbors think
What will all the neighbors think
